Hughes, President of New Dover Associates, Inc. of Framingham, Massachusetts represented the Seller, Westwood Cloverleaf, LLC, and procured the Buyer, 12-16 Southwest Park Realty, LLC, in the sale of 12-16 Southwest Park, Westwood, Massachusetts for the purchase price of Two Million Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($2,200,000.00). 

12-16 Southwest Park is a free standing single story 14,785 square foot office/flex building situated on .97 acres with direct frontage on Route 1 and convenient access to Interstate 95.  Suburban Service Corporation of Norwood, which specializes in the design, installation, installation, service and maintenance of commercial and residential heating and air conditioning systems, will occupy all of 12-16 Southwest Park.
