EVA PICARD
Office & Marketing Administrator
Ms. Picard has been involved in the commercial real estate research and marketing field since 1994, after graduating from the University of Massachusetts with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management in 1992. Ms. Picard started her career at The Stevens Group of Lexington MA, where she worked as a Brokers Assistant and Marketing Administrator for seven years. Over that period of time she performed extensive market research to maintain a database of over 35,000,000 square feet of commercial space in the Greater Boston and Suburban Markets, as well as designed all of the promotional literature, marketing materials, web site and quarterly newsletters. Prior to joining New Dover Associates she held the position of Marketing Director at GVA Thompson Doyle Hennessey & Stevens, a commercial real estate advisory firm in Boston, MA. Ms. Picard also served as the Executive Director of the New England CCIM Chapter (Certified Commercial Investment Member) for four years where she organized networking, educational and informational seminars for members of the commercial investment real estate community. Ms. Picard has brought much knowledge and experience in the marketing of commercial real estate to New Dover Associates, Inc.
