MARLBOROUGH, MA – Sea Star Seafood Corporation recently signed a long term lease for 39,815 square feet of office and warehouse space with One Hundred Twenty Bartlett Marlborough, LLC, the new property owner, at 120 Bartlett Street, Marlborough, Massachusetts. 120 Bartlett Street is a single story industrial/flex/R&D building totaling 77,165 square feet on approximately eleven (11) acres and is centrally located between Exits 23 and 24 of Interstate 495. Hughes Properties, Inc. was the sole broker in the lease transaction.
