SOUTHBOROUGH, MA - 200 Tech Realty Trust, an affiliate of The Maggiore Companies, has recently leased 11,483 sq. ft. of warehouse/flex space at 153 Northboro Road, The 495 Technology Center, Southborough, Massachusetts to Protonex Technology Corporation. Protonex provides affordable, long duration fuel cell power solutions for portable and remote power sources. These durable, lightweight and compact fuel cell power products are now being adapted for commercial, industrial and government applications.
Hughes Properties, Inc. represented the property owner, 200 Tech Realty Trust, in the lease transaction. The Staubach Company co-brokered the lease transaction on behalf of Protonex.
