MARLBOROUGH, MA - Hughes Properties, Inc. co-brokered the sale of 445 Simarano Drive, Marlborough, Massachusetts to 445 Simarano Drive Marlborough LLC, an affiliated entity of Ram Management Company of Portland, Maine, for Six Million Six Hundred Thousand Dollars ($6,600,000.00). 445 Simarano Drive is an industrial building totaling 174,950 square feet on approximately 17.10 acres and is conveniently located less than three (3) miles north of the interchange of Interstate 495 and the Massachusetts Turnpike (I-90) and the property is immediately off of the exit ramp (Exit 23C) of Interstate 495.
Hughes Properties, Inc. procured the buyer 445 Simarano Drive Marlborough LLC while CB Richard Ellis/Whittier Partners, Lincoln Property Company and Trammel Crow Company represented the seller, Craneview Investments, LLC, an affiliated entity of Nordic Properties of Burlington, Massachusetts.
