DOVER, MA - John M. Hughes IV, Associate, of New Dover Associates, Inc., Framingham, MA brokered the sale of Building Two of The Springdale Green Condominium, 2 Whiting Road, Dover, Massachusetts, on behalf of the Seller, Sarni Nominee Trust, for $455,000.00. Building Two is a free standing, 1,160 square foot office/retail condominium located in the town center of Dover. Dover Eyes, an established optometry practice, will join existing tenant Zoots Corporation, a well known dry cleaner, in Building Two.
New Dover Associates, Inc. procured the Buyer and was the sole broker in the sale transaction.
