FRAMINGHAM, MA - The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society recently signed a new lease with Welton Realty Trust at 495 Old Connecticut Path, Framingham, Massachusetts expanding its Massachusetts Chapter office to 5,903 square feet. The Society now occupies the entire second floor and part of the first floor. The Massachusetts Chapter serves residents of Massachusetts, Maine and New Hampshire who are coping with Leukemia, Lymphoma, Hodgkin Lymphoma and Myeloma.
Scott R. Hughes, both as President of Hughes Properties, Inc. and Trustee of Welton Realty Trust, solely negotiated the lease transaction.
