SHREWSBURY, MA - Hughes Properties, Inc. and NAI Hunneman Commercial Company co-brokered the sale of 900 Boston Turnpike, Shrewsbury, Massachusetts to Marcus Family Limited Partnership I for One Million Four Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,400,000.00).
900 Boston Turnpike is a single story, free-standing building totaling 15,759 square feet situated on 2.07 acres of land with direct frontage on Route 9 Eastbound. Upon an extensive renovation to the building and its interior, the property will become the new Shrewsbury location for Boston Tile Company.
Hughes Properties procured the buyer, while NAI Hunneman represented the seller, R&M Stampings, Inc., in the sale transaction.
