HOPKINTON, MA - Signal Perfection, Ltd. has leased 5,137 rentable square feet of office and flex space at 45 South Street, Hopkinton, Massachusetts. New Dover Associates, Inc. of Framingham, Massachusetts represented Signal Perfection, Ltd. (SPL) and its affiliated company SPL Integrated Solutions, the leading nationwide integrator of audio, video and video conferencing systems. SPL has twenty-one (21) offices throughout the United States and will utilize the Hopkinton facility as part of its Northeast sales and service operations. The property owner, Hopkinton Equity Partners, LLC, an affiliated entity of Everest Partners, LLC. of New York, NY, was represented by CB Richard Ellis-New England.
