WESTBOROUGH, MA - Center For Technology Commercialization, Inc. (CTC) has leased 7,870 rentable square feet of office space at 134 Flanders Road, Westborough, Massachusetts. New Dover Associates, Inc. represented the property owner, Baltic Westborough LLC, an affiliated entity of The Baltic Group, LLC. Center For Technology Commercialization, Inc. was represented by Cushman & Wakefield of Massachusetts, Inc. CTC serves as NASA’s Northeast Regional Technology Transfer Center covering the six (6) New England states as well as New York and New Jersey. A non-profit company with seven (7) satellite offices, CTC acts as a gateway for the transfer of NASA and other federal technology to private industry.
