OXFORD, MA - New Dover Associates, Inc. and Kelleher & Sadowsky Associates, Inc. co-brokered the sale of 24.83 acres of land on Federal Hill Road in Oxford, Massachusetts to The Eagle Leasing Company of Massachusetts and Connecticut for Seven Hundred and Fifty Thousand Dollars ($750,000.00). The Eagle Leasing Company has specialized in leasing quality storage, road and office trailers as well as ground level storage containers throughout the Northeast since 1967.
New Dover Associates, Inc. procured the Buyer, The Eagle Leasing Company, and Kelleher & Sadowsky Associates, Inc. represented the Seller, Astro Wings, Inc. & Oxford Airport, Inc. in the sale transaction.
