Ross Mortgage Company, Inc. leased 8,337 rentable square feet of office space on the third floor. Ross Mortgage is an independently owned full service mortgage banking company. Center for Technology Commercialization, Inc. leased 4,590 rentable square feet of office space on the second floor of the building as their headquarters. New Dover Associates, Inc. was the sole broker in each lease transaction.
